Thanks to cutting-edge innovations, particularly in cabin pressurization and noise reduction, every journey becomes a truly unique experience.

Beyond luxury, Dassault Aviation also places performance and sustainability at the core of its strategy. The Falcon 10X incorporates significant advances in energy efficiency and emissions reduction, addressing today’s environmental challenges in aviation while delivering an exceptional onboard experience.

We are delighted to count them among our sponsors and to have them present throughout this 2026 edition of Top Marques.

Raul Marchisio: From Champion Rally Driver to Monaco’s Garage King and Social Media Sensation

If you were to write the script for an underdog story that includes a dash of tragedy, a sprinkle of determination, and a whole lot of supercars, Raul Marchisio’s tale would steal the show. It all started with a rather unique birth in a taxi (yes, you read that correctly). Raul was born in a taxi on his way to the hospital in Cuneo, Piemonte, a fun fact his father claimed was the reason for his lifelong obsession with cars. It’s almost as if he was destined for a life in motorsport and supercars.

Despite his early passion for motorsport, Raul, unlike many others in the field, was not born into it. His success was the result of relentless hard work, unwavering single-mindedness, and the support of a strong family who stood by him every step of the way. At the age of 12 and a half, he left school to work in the markets of Cuneo, juggling five markets a week while attending night school. By the age of 17, Raul had opened nine shops in three years—selling clothes at cost. His entrepreneurial spirit was unmatched, and his knack for understanding people was undeniable. As Raul saw it, his work in retail wasn’t just a way to make ends meet; it was a steppingstone to his true passion—racing.

At 19, Raul made the leap into motorsport, racing his mother’s Opel Corsa that he modified himself. The rest, as they say, is history—he became the Italian champion in 1990, signing with Lancia soon after. He was living the dream, racing for top-tier brands like Audi and Renault, and even moving to Monaco, a popular home for many of the great and good of motorsport. But then, disaster struck, altering the course of his career.

In 1996, while driving up the Col de Tendre, Raul suffered a horrific crash that left him with 60 stitches in his head and permanent damage to his eyesight. It was a blow that could’ve ended his career, but Raul wasn’t one to give up easily. After months of grueling rehabilitation, he returned to racing—but it wasn’t the same. His vision was still compromised, and after some soul-searching, he made the bold decision to pivot.

That’s when his RM Autosport garage came into play. In 1996, at just 27 years old, Raul took the reins of an existing garage on Monaco’s Avenue Prince Pierre. He started small, selling a few cars for friends. Fast forward a few decades, and RM Autosport has become a staple in Monaco’s luxury car scene, with Raul selling hundreds—if not thousands—of high-end vehicles. His keen eye for valuable cars, like a 1996 Porsche GT1 (which he sold for a cool $700K, now worth $15 million), soon made him a trusted name in the business.

However, the location wasn’t ideal. Situated on one of Monaco’s primary streets, just moments away from the rail station and Condamine Market, the garage spanned only 100 m2—displaying supercars in such a tight space was no easy task! But Raul, true to form, made the best of a tricky situation. He became a master at squeezing up to eight rare, luxury vehicles into his showroom, with just enough space to protect the paintwork and wing mirrors. And, oddly enough, this skill became his next big victory. Monaco, a magnet for supercar fans, draws enthusiasts eager to snap photos of Ferraris, McLarens, and other dream cars. Imagine the wow factor when they spotted a showroom packed to the brim with their favorite models.

Riding high on this success, Raul launched an Instagram account to share his daily garage life. By 2019, he had amassed 40K followers. In 2020, a viral video with Top Marques ambassador and French auto influencer GMK racked up 3 million views. Today, his account—whose bio encourages followers to “follow your passion today, and tomorrow your dreams may come true”—boasts more than 320K followers.

From a taxi in Cuneo to Monaco’s most talked-about garage, Raul’s story proves that no matter how tight the parking, the road to success is always wide open.

From Oncologist to App Developer: A Passion for Cars Drives an Unlikely Career Shift

After two decades as a radiation oncologist, Emmanuel Beguier’s lifelong passion for cars drove him to leave medicine behind and create Carfooly, a studio developing apps and games for automotive enthusiasts.

After two decades as a radiation oncologist, Emmanuel Beguier’s lifelong passion for cars drove him to leave medicine behind and create Carfooly, a studio developing apps and games for automotive enthusiasts.

A successful career in medicine is often considered a safe and well-respected path, but for one man, the pull of a lifelong passion led him to a completely different world: the automotive industry. From radiation oncologist to founder of Carfooly, a studio dedicated to creating applications and games for car enthusiasts, Emmanuel’s journey is a remarkable tale of transformation.

“I started my career as a radiation oncologist. I practiced for about twenty years and developed a private cancer institute in Montpellier,” he recalls. His medical career was rewarding and impactful, but after two decades, the allure of something different became irresistible. “I stopped practicing medicine to focus on other projects, including Carfooly, a studio that publishes and develops applications and games dedicated to car enthusiasts.”

A Lifelong Passion for Cars

Emmanuel’s shift from medicine to the automotive world was deeply rooted in a lifelong fascination with cars. “Cars have always fascinated me,” he explains. “As a teenager, I was passionate about Porsche, and I never missed an issue of Flat6 magazine. Today, it’s more about Ferrari.” But his interest extends beyond just the cars. “It’s not just the cars, but the world of collecting, luxury, and passion that surrounds them,” he adds. “I wanted to create something new for enthusiasts—an environment where they could share, interact, and play around their love for cars, extending this passion through unique experiences.”

This fascination with cars wasn’t something new. “I’ve always loved beautiful cars, prestigious brands, and the evolving technologies in this field. Long before car spotting became a trend, I would visit places where I could admire sports cars, especially near large hotels. Before the internet, I bought every magazine dedicated to beautiful cars. I knew the specifications of every car by heart.” His love for cars had always been a constant, even before he found his way into entrepreneurship.

Transitioning from Medicine to Entrepreneurship

The shift from a stable career in healthcare to a startup in the tech world wasn’t without its challenges. “The biggest challenge was adapting to a new environment,” Emmanuel admits. “As a doctor and healthcare business owner, I already had management and decision-making skills. However, the entrepreneurial world in the automotive and tech industries is very different.”

Despite the steep learning curve, his medical background provided a solid foundation. “Creating a startup in this field requires an innovative approach and a deep understanding of the industry,” Emmanuel explains. “But the adventure is exciting and rewarding every day.” Learning digital communication, social media, and the world of developers was an essential part of the process. “It was crucial for me to learn the world of developers,” he says. “But that was part of the excitement—adapting to this new space while pursuing something I truly loved.”

Carfooly: Turning Passion into Profession

In his spare time, Emmanuel always consumed content about cars on social media. “I noticed there was a lack of platforms that combine community and interactivity,” he explains. “That’s when I decided to develop apps and games to offer an innovative way for people to live and share their passion for cars.” This led to the creation of Carfooly, a studio focused on creating unique experiences for car enthusiasts.

Carfooly’s main projects include The Club and Need for Touring. “The Club is an app that allows you to spot and collect the most beautiful cars, share discoveries, and interact with a community of enthusiasts,” he explains. “Need for Touring is an accessible game for everyone, where each race is a strategic challenge. Players use the right cards at the right time to attack, defend, and cross the finish line first, all while collecting a multitude of items.”

The unique aspect of Carfooly’s projects lies in their design. “They’re made by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts,” he says proudly. “We’re also very proud to have GMK as our ambassador.”

Partnership with Top Marques

As Carfooly grows, the importance of reaching the right audience becomes clear. “Top Marques is the perfect event to reach our audience,” Emmanuel says. “It was a no-brainer for us to be there. It also allows us to meet strategic partners and continue growing our projects. The event is truly magnificent, and the team is top-notch!”

Surrounded by iconic cars at Top Marques, he reflects on the magic of the event. “Being at Top Marques, surrounded by all these fascinating cars, is magical!”

Advice for Aspiring Entrepreneurs

Having made his own leap into the world of entrepreneurship, Emmanuel shares valuable advice for those looking to follow a similar path. “Surround yourself with the right people, be curious, and learn constantly,” he says. “Entrepreneurship is about turning your passion into a concrete project, facing challenges every day, and watching your ideas come to life.”

He emphasizes the importance of taking that first step. “It’s about taking the leap, just as I did. Don’t be afraid to follow your passion and take the first step.”
