This document sets out the general terms and conditions for using this website (www.topmarquesmonaco.com) as well as the general terms and conditions for purchasing products through it (hereinafter the “Conditions”). Please read these terms carefully, along with our cookie policy and privacy policy (hereinafter the “Data Protection Policies”) before using this website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Conditions and our Data Protection Policies. If you do not accept all of the Conditions and the Data Protection Policies, please do not use this website.
These Conditions may be subject to modifications. It is your responsibility to consult them regularly, as the applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of using this website or entering into the Contract (as described below).
The sale of products through this website is carried out under the name of “TOP MARQUES MONACO” by TM EVENTS, S.A.M with a capital of €1,000,001.00, whose registered office is located in Monaco (98000), 41 Avenue Hector Otto, Le Patio Palace, registered with the Monaco RCI under number 24S09807 and with the following VAT number: FR 94 000180900. - CLIENT ACCOUNT
The personal information or data you provide to us will be processed under the Data Protection Policies. By using this website, you consent to the processing of this information and declare that all the information or contact details provided are truthful and accurate.
- PRODUCTS
Only the products listed on the website at the time of the customer’s order are offered for sale, subject to availability. TOP MARQUES MONACO takes great care in providing information about the essential characteristics of the products, including detailed descriptions and photographs illustrating the products, in compliance with the best industry standards.
The customer is invited to refer to the description of each product to know its properties and specifics, including the desired features and size. - PRICE
The prices of the products are expressed in euros and include VAT at the rate in effect on the day of the order. The customer must also pay, in addition to the price of the ordered items, a fee for shipping costs, which will be indicated before the final confirmation of the order (see Article 6).
- ORDER
Any order of a product(s) offered on the website implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the customer to these General Terms of Sale.
The order process consists of four (4) successive steps:
- Selection of items
- Account login
- Basket and information validation
- Payment
You can make payment using the following credit cards: CB/VISA/Mastercard
Once your order is confirmed, and provided that prior authorization to debit your account has been obtained in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 entitled “Payment,” TOP MARQUES MONACO will proceed with shipping.
The customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the provided payment card for the payment of their order and that this card has sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from this order.

- DELIVERY
Subject to the provisions of the above-mentioned clause 6 on product availability, and except in case of exceptional circumstances, we will strive to deliver the product(s) listed in the Shipping Confirmation before the indicated delivery time or, if no date is given, within the indicative timeframe provided during the delivery method selection.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or for reasons related to the delivery location. In case the product is unavailable, the customer may either:
- Wait for the next delivery, with the delivery timeframe specified,
- Or be refunded the price of the ordered product(s) no later than 30 days after their request.
For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” will be considered complete, or the order will be considered “delivered,” when you or a third party you designate takes physical possession of the products.
Indicative delivery times starting from the dispatch date notified to the customer are as follows:
- France – Monaco: 48h-72h via Colissimo
- Europe: 2 to 6 days
The cost of each delivery method is clearly indicated during the payment process.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customers have the option, for the product(s) purchased on the website, to return them at their expense to our warehouse at the following address: Top Marques Monaco 41 Avenue Hector Otto 98000 Monaco Monaco
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers have fourteen (14) days from the receipt of their order to make such a return.
The returned product(s) must be in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, original labels, etc.) to allow for resale in new condition. Incomplete, damaged, or dirty products will not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds will be made by TOP MARQUES MONACO using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
The shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you believe the product is not in conformity with the contract at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately. We will examine the returned product in detail and inform you by email, within a reasonable time, whether the product can be exchanged or if you are entitled to a refund (if applicable).
