The 16th edition of Top Marques has been heralded a success after multiple sales were confirmed during the five-day event at the Grimaldi Forum.

A number of six-figure supercars, as well as superboats, watches and bespoke jewellery, were sold during last week’s Monaco supercar show – the premier to be held under the leadership of new CEO Salim Zeghdar.

“It was a very qualitative event and the post-show review is very positive,” said Mr Zeghdar. “All of the exhibitors are happy. In fact, they have all said that they want to re-sign for next year.

“A lot of sales were made, and I am very happy,” he said, adding: “The majority of exhibitors made sales including Devinci, the manufacturer of the beautiful retro-looking electric cars, which sold six models, as well as Brabus, and Tesla. The jewellery exhibitors sold items. Luxury Water Toys had success. A King-boat was sold. Our partner Rebellion sold some watches. And Zacaria had two significant propositions for his supercar, the first street-legal Formula 1 vehicle.”

More than 14,000 visitors attended Top Marques 2019, which took place in and around the Grimaldi Forum’s Espace Diaghilev from May 30 to June 3.
