The 2023 edition of the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat Prestige will begin tomorrow, Saturday, September 16.

The colourful event in the picturesque port of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat has become one of the most popular classic car rendezvous on the French Riviera, with dozens of exceptional vehicles on display in what is being labelled a ‘pop-up museum’ of vintage automobile.

Held on the third weekend of September each year, the event coincides with France’s ‘Journées du Patrimoine’. In a nod to this very important weekend in French culture, the motoring heritage of a particular country, or brand, is chosen as the central theme of the event. This year organizers’ have chosen to celebrate Britain’s rich automotive heritage with a fleet of historic Bentleys that have driven all the way from Gloucester in the UK, taking centre stage.

The two day-event organized by the Mairie of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and of which Top Marques Monaco is a partner, is more than just a simple exhibition, however. There is also a Concours d’Elégance, held on Sunday, September 17th, with the jury made up of members of the Federation Française des Véhicules d’Epoque (FFVE), the Federation Internationale des Véhicules Anciens (FIVA), the Automobile Club de France as well as former F1 racing driver and CEO of Boutsen Classic Cars, Thierry Boutsen.

Entry to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat Prestige is free. For more information on the event, which will include an electric car track and activities for children, please consult the website

The 19th edition of Top Marques Monaco will take place from 5 – 9 June 2024.
