After 7 years of research and development SSC Autos, manufacturer of exclusive super cars, announces the release of the 2007 Ultimate Aero TT (Twin Turbo), specifically designed to challenge and break the world prodcution speed record. The Ultimate Aero TT underwent extensive full-scale wind tunnel testing and has proved to not only be stable at speeds over 250 mph but capable of up to 273 mph. Using SSC's proprietary twin-turbo design, the Ultimate Aero TT's power plant has surpassed its original design specifications in all areas, producing 1180 bhp @ 6875 rpm and 1094 lb./ft. of torque at 6150 rpm with a motor that has a wonderful idle, incredible daily drivability characteristics, runs on 91-octane pump gas, and easily handles the rigors of long-term red line rpm usage. Capable of comfortably accomodating a 6'6" 300 pound person, the Ultimate Aero TT presents itself with the amenities of a world class exotic including; DVD navigation, leather interior, 10 speaker sound system, back up camera, and more.
